Price, Specifications and Availability on Website
  • All prices are F.O.B Calgary warehouse and do not include applicable taxes, freight and insurance.
  • Prices and customer price levels are subject to change without notice and product availability.
  • Topcom is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
  • Topcom reserves the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for goods or services for which the price was incorrectly displayed or where we otherwise displayed erroneous or inaccurate information. Topcom is not obligated to sell products or services based on errors or misprints on our website

Payment Policy

  • All sales are to be prepaid, COD by cash, or certified cheque.
  • Preprinted company cheques will be accepted upon credit approval.
  • Personal and bank counter cheques will not be accepted.
  • Handling fee of 2.75% and 2.5%  will apply for VISA and MasterCard payments respectively.
  • Cash and debit card payment will be accepted for pick-up orders.

RMA Return Policy

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained ON-LINE prior to shipping products back to Topcom.
  • Topcom reserves the right to approve or decline returns and all defective products will be exchanged, repaired, or replaced at Topcom's own discretion within the limited warranty period outlined on Topcom's website.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Otherwise new RMA number is required to process the return,
  • In order to process your RMA return promptly, the product(s) must be returned to our warehouse with the following:
    • A copy of the original invoice or packing slip showing the serial number,
    • A copy of Topcom ON-LINE RMA form,
    • A brief description of the problems and symptoms,
    • Print RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  • The defective product(s) must be shipped to our warehouse prepaid. All collect shipments will be refused.

  • Improper packaging, physical damage, alteration of serial numbers or components will void and null all warranties. Please ship the defective parts, including DOA Units, along with their original packaging and accessories to our warehouse. Topcom will ship replacements to customers at its own expense.
  • All goods returned for warranty that are found not to be defective, or damaged as a result of misuse including static discharge will be shipped back collect to the customer bearing a flat service fee of $25.00 per item. Topcom is NOT responsible to maintain the operational functionality of ANY SOFTWARE including OPERATING SYSTEM or otherwise. This includes BUT NOT LIMITED TO deleted drivers, viruses, or corrupted OPERATING SYSTEMS.
  • Please allow at least 48 hours for testing.
  • RMA return for credit MUST be in full original packaging and in "as-new" resalable condition, including original packing and all manuals and accessories. Topcom reserves the right to issue a credit for returned products, including DOA items, at the current pricing less 10% restocking fee. All credits are to be applied on future purchases only and have no cash value. 

Service Charges

  • Labour:

    • Hourly Labour Rate: $60.00/hour, minimum one hour.
    • A charge of minimum $35.00 will apply on all machines that are brought in for warranty and are determined to have SOFTWARE issues rather than hardware problems.
  • Shipping & Handling:
    • Non-defective Items: $15.00 ~ $45.00 handling fee per item
    • Non-Topcom Product: $20.00 handling fee per item
    • Refused Shipment: Shipping cost plus $20.00 Handling
    • Out-of-Topcom-Warranty product but still within Manufacturer Warranty: Shipping plus $15 per item
